* Final Registration Guidelines for BioNJ October 14, 2021 C-Suite Summit Networking Reception
As we continue to work in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, BioNJ wants to assure you that we are taking additional measures at our upcoming C-Suite Summit Networking Reception to protect you, your coworkers, your families, and our Patients from contracting and spreading COVID-19. There is no higher priority than to keep our community safe and well at this time. All of our measures have been developed with that and CDC guidelines in mind.

These measures include the following protocols that are in place as a condition of attending the in-person Networking Reception on October 14 from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

  • All Attendees are required to be fully vaccinated (two weeks since the second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or the single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine) and need to provide proof of vaccination to enter the event. This can be done by showing proof of identity together with your CDC vaccination card and/or proof of vaccination on DOCKET, NY Excelsior Pass or other similar state approved application. The CLEAR digital vaccination card will also be accepted.
  • While all of New Jersey is classified by the CDC as an area of high or substantial COVID-19 transmission, all Attendees must wear properly-fitting face coverings except when eating or drinking even if vaccinated.
  • Attendees should observe social distancing while eating and drinking without their masks.
  • Please be respectful of any other attendee’s request for social distancing at any time, even if fully masked.
  • As of the day of the event, if you, or any members of your household, have any symptoms of any potentially transmissible illness, including COVID-19, or have been in close contact with someone with confirmed COVID-19 within the prior 14 days, you should NOT attend the Networking Reception.
  • BioNJ will also update these protocols, as appropriate, subject to any new CDC guidance, in compliance with local/state/federal guidance and any applicable protocols at the venue.
