Human Resources (HR) Committee


To build relationships between and among human resource related professionals throughout the BioNJ Membership and the NJ life sciences ecosystem, foster an educational and professional community, share information and best practices and create peer to peer collaboration to facilitate optimization of human capital and resources needed to support scientific and medical advancement. Committee members participate in the planning of BioNJ’s Annual HR Conference.

BioNJ Committee Policy
Each BioNJ Committee has two Co-Committee Chairpersons, as identified and selected by BioNJ leadership and the working Committee. Each Committee Chairperson is elected for a two-year term. At BioNJ’s discretion, one Chairperson will transition off annually to allow for continuity of leadership.
