Stay after the program to tour Rutgers Pharma Manufacturing Facility ─ The two-story, state-of-the-art continuous manufacturing lab is a $2 million dollar facility built with funding from the National Science Foundation that is providing biopharmaceutical manufacturers with an alternative to traditional batch processing, including efficiencies that improve quality, consistency, production speed and cost. (Tour is on a first-come, first-serve basis and number of participants is limited.)
