Join us for BioNJ’s Tenth Annual Inspiring Women in STEM Conference on Friday, December 6, 2024. Keynote by: Alison Fragale, Ph.D., Speaker, Professor & Compulsive Organizer

How can women confidently advocate for their careers and ideas? Dr. Fragale will answer with six key strategies that anyone, regardless of title, can use to speak up and influence effectively without being seen as "aggressive" or "self-promoting." She'll discuss the importance of setting long-term goals, excelling in performance, becoming an "other promoter," while developing your own narrative cultivating status and power and strategically saying yes or no.
