BioNJ Gives Back: A Volunteer Opportunity to Help Patients

During this year’s BioNJ Annual Dinner Meeting and Innovation Celebration, Will Lewis, the Chair and CEO of Insmed, former BioNJ Chair and recipient of the 2024 Dr. Sol J. Barer Award, delivered a heartfelt call to action. He urged our Members to consider actively engaging in community volunteering.
In response, on December 10, BioNJ will unite our Members for a collective giving initiative, “BioNJ Gives Back.” During this volunteer program, industry colleagues will have the opportunity to build a BioBear, design a Superhero cape and write a heartfelt card for pediatric Patients throughout the State.
BioNJ Member company representatives are invited to join us at either of our two volunteer locations to take part in this meaningful program. Member companies can send up to five participants at no charge*. Each participant will have the opportunity to build a BioBear, design a Superhero cape and write a card which will be presented to a pediatric charity at the conclusion.
Two Locations/Times to Choose from on December 10:
9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.

*Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Each location is limited to 150 volunteers.
Superhero Sponsor $10,000
- 15 tickets (Each ticket is for one person to build a BioBear, design a Superhero cape and write a card.)
- Company logo on all promotions and the BioNJ website
- Logo on BioBear birth certificates
- Photo opportunity with Patient organization leader as we present BioBears at the conclusion of the program at both sites
- All participants will be invited to participate in a group photo
- Exposure to media and legislators invited to the event (attendance not guaranteed)
